If you are moving from the UK, chances are that your car is a Right Hand Drive (RHD). Please note that it is difficult to drive a RHD car in Switzerland and quite often the expatriates don't get used to it. If this is the case with you, please note, there’s almost no market for a RHD car here in Switzerland. In most instances, you need to re-import it to UK, in order to sell it. This is not the easiest thing! Therefore, we recommend not to import your RHD car to Switzerland.

Often the SatNav fails to work properly or not at all in Switzerland. While it's possible to update it, this can be very complicated and costly. We recommend using a Tom Tom if your system doesn't work properly in Switzerland.
